  Quiet spot. Going to have to say that the K.A fries and the Bork Burger are must-haves.

  We stopped at Backwoods after looking for somewhere for dinner on the West side of PEI. Backwoods came up, and we had a little bit of trouble finding it as they're still updating their signage! We both had the "Dam Burger" and a half order of the "K.A. Fries" which was the $5 appy special. Both were "Dam" delicious! The food is mostly local and the beer is from a nearby craft brewery and you could tell they were sourced and made with care (and with the beer, you pay for it! Burger was really reasonably priced). Only thing to note is that they seem to be a bit understaffed - after a quick initial greeting and first drink service, our server was hard to find and we ended up going inside to order our second round and seek out cutlery and condiments after they didn't show up when we requested them from our food runner the first time. All in all, they were really friendly and it was a great experience. would highly recommend.
